Location: London, Greater London Salary: £400 - £450 per day

QAQC Manager – Data Centre - London

We are currently partnering with a multinational Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation services provider with offices across Europe. Due to continued growth in their industrial arm, they are now seeking an experienced QAQC Manager to join their team in London on a Data Centre project.

Responsibilities

•    Quality Management System Oversight: Implement, maintain, and coordinate project-specific quality procedures, ensuring all works meet data centre standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
•    Inspection & Testing Coordination: Plan and execute inspection and test plans (ITPs), conduct site inspections, review installation quality, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
•    Technical Review & Compliance: Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to verify compliance before works begin; identify quality risks and drive corrective actions where required.
•    Issue Management & Reporting: Track defects, non-conformances, and quality issues; ensure timely close-out through NCR logs, punch lists, and targeted remediation plans.
•    Client & Stakeholder Interface: Liaise with the client, main contractor, and subcontractors on all quality matters; prepare QA/QC reports, attend coordination meetings, and support seamless quality handover and commissioning phases.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 8+ years experience in a similar position on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must be based within a commutable distance of London

Benefits

£400 - £450 per day
